Beverly Hills Psychiatrist Carole Lieberman filed a complaint with CPS (Child Protective Services) to have all eight Octo babies put into foster care. Nadya Suleman has been collecting disability, welfare (food stamps) and has been diverting her student loan money to raise her kids. So now she is being investigated by LA's CPS.
