Probes on food stamps, gas pricing, auto shops (Saipan Tribune)

CNMI consumer counsel Michael Ernest gave businesses yesterday a roundup of consumer protection laws in the Commonwealth, adding that investigations are either underway or planned on alleged food stamp purchases of cigarettes and beers, alleged gas price fixing, and alleged illegal practices of some auto repair shops, among other things.
