Lawmakers in at least 8 states want recipients of food stamps, unemployment benefits, or welfare to submit to random drug testing. America is struggling with a recession, so this shouldn't be a suprise to anyone. For those who abuse the system by using welfare funds for drugs (etc), you have been warned....the party's just about OVER!
